All rights, title, and interest in Comet Menu — including its code, assets, branding, and any related materials — remain the exclusive property of the Comet Menu team. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Comet Menu may terminate your access to all or any part of the service at any time, effective immediately, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service. Termination may also result in a permanent ban from purchasing future products.
If your account has been terminated due to a breach of these terms, you are not entitled to any refund of payments made.
All sales are final. Comet Menu does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and fully accept this policy.

Any information obtained through unauthorized analysis of Comet Menu is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties or used to create any software substantially similar to Comet Menu. Violation of this section will result in immediate permanent termination and ban from all future products.
Comet Menu and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software — including but not limited to loss of data, account restrictions on third-party platforms, or any other losses.
Comet Menu does not hold itself responsible for any damage incurred to you or other parties while using the software. You agree not to use Comet Menu for malicious purposes or to intentionally cause damage to other parties or their property.
Comet Menu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
